The second edition features several revisions:
-- the camp cards have been graphically improved to make it more intuitive how camps upgrade.
-- ultimate camp power are now tied to the camp, rather than being taken from a shared pool. Each ultimate camp offers 3 options.
-- there is another alternate win condition -- collecting 3 scroll fragments. One is in the common deck, one is in the rare deck, and one is in the Venture deck. They are trade-able.
-- various individual cards have been revised
