From the game rules on the back of the postcard. A game of Italian air raids over Malta during WW2. It uses a standard playing card deck (which players must supply) to regulate movement order and combat.
Each card draw lets the Italian (if black) or British (if red) to spend Action Points (APs) equal to 1/2 the printed card value. Different types of movement and combat cost varying AP levels.
The game ends after four turns (one sequence through the deck equals one turn). To win, the Italian bomber must successfully bomb the target OR destroy any British aircraft without losing any of their own. The British wins if the target remains on the map ORE the Italians lose more than one aircraft. Any other result is a tie.
