Description Edit | History

This is the third of three versions of the 1929 BCM First Edition. All three versions came with the same board, but the base game had only a small box (4.25"x3.8"x1"), which contained a single deck of purple cards, the rules book and 16 pawns (4 each in red, blue, yellow and green). The Double Pack added a second green deck of cards and plastic tokens for payment of points if needed.

The Deluxe Version includes all of the parts in the Double Pack plus three pads of score sheets in red, blue and green. The green Personal sheets were used to keep track of individual performance over time, while the red and blue Progressive pads were to be used for tournament or group play with multiple tables. In addition, the De Luxe game board is much thicker and heavier, almost 1/4 inch in depth. Finally, the De Luxe edition actually comes in a box big enough to hold the board as well as all parts, a rarity at that time.
