Conquest - The Strategy Game of Dice
Description: This game is played on a chess board with sixteen dice, really 3cm x 3cm dice cubes. The object is to capture your opponent's key die or land your key die on your opponent's key square. A die is tumbled (i.e. moved by rotating a face) either horizontally or vertically (or a combination of both) by the number of spaces indicated by the die's uppermost face. But with most tumbles a new number will be uppermost, which means a player needs concentrated forethought. An opposing die is captured if your die ends its turn on a square occupied by your opponent.
