don't know why this one gets all the hate. I have done the 'non-optimal' thing on several games to set up for a different strategy and those are the only times I've won.. by being plain mean, you've got to be prepared to sacrifice points to hurt other players.

nice and fast dice rolling with a tiny bit of deduction this is how fast King of tokyo should have played

this game is just fun... I guess people think there should be some sort of strategy but it falls apart if they look for one that can get a high % of wins. the only strategy is to look like you won't win.

pretty good but this game NEEDS the right group, too much thought into your actions can just bog it down. a timer might help.

a couple of the monsters seem a bit strong for their points value (Mercury is much harder to kill than most other 4 point monsters for one.)

a game I'm not sure how much I like, but I find myself wanting to play some more after getting a taste of it. it has a lot of random elements but it seems some good strategic moves can be made.

not much unique in the mechanics, but I really like that there are multiple ways to play the game and they all seem equally viable.

the best co-op I've played but it still just doesn't work for me. I hear other games being called multi player solitare, but co-op games I actually CAN play multiple roles as solitare.

plays quickly and every card you draw gives you a new decision to make, 'should I keep the card in case I get something that goes with it or use it as a resource?'

with 3 or more players Roll has completely replaced Race. with 2 players Race is still better.

feels like I'm building a city.. only thing it needs now is an expansion with different cities with unique global effects.

Much more thematic than LoW.. and the auctions, trading, and attacking make it much more interesting.
