the cards are re-sized to 6" by 4"

*fixed counter placement dimensions, added hyper drive slot,
changed novaball to "utility". There are also fewer deed slots, this is because you can stack them. This allows the ship cards to be smaller.*

Added a lot more information, and made better ship sale location balance changes.

The only thing I forgot to do was note that I increased the price of the blue drive by 30 credits.
I also took away the home culture discount info for the Spaceport and Forts, as they are the only two things that get discounts other then Factories.

I'll admit it's a lot sloppy-er, but when it prints it's way more legible, deep apologies to anyone who printed my last file.

also a few rules that need to be changed / added to variants,
but now that you have the Manual, it's yours to do with what you like*

This Manual includes the History of MoV, an explanation of what the Coming of the Empire is, the many new variants, altered rule sets, both new and original.

Instead of having each part of CoE I upload have rules and instructions of their own, I made this Manual.


As I've been working on my own custom remake of MoV, I've also been making it how I like to play it, which mainly incorporates a better use of the Rastur Invasion and the attacking system via use of the point system.

Since I needed a Manuel for my-self, I also decided to add my personal opinion, or twist, to the game's original rules *nothing to great just a few side note here and there*.

(I also incorporated some other fan based variants as standard rules.)

That being said.
While making my game, I've also been making every fan made variant that I think will work well and be fun to use, which is just about all of them. While doing this I decided to see what I could to do make them better especially since some of my own variants require an expansion of them.

It's a lot of information but there is a index for everything you'll want to find, and a colored txt theme to identify which rules are new, original, left alone, or altered all together.
