Tonight two regular gamers (Travis and Amy) were missing, as Travis is running a marathon tomorrow (October 13th). Good luck Travis!

True story (that I repeat a lot). One year a friend stayed at my house and ate gamer food and stay up late (though not as late as the rest of us gamers, later than most marathoners would). the next day he went on to win the Rochester, MN marathon. Secret training regimen is my opinion.

We had 6 players, so broke up into two games of 3. Each group played two games. Which ones? see the list below.

No matter how far you can run, you are welcome to our game events. We meet most weeks and have a game day most months. Check our schedule here http://www.boardgames.meetup.com/495

Three players headed out west. First play for Lee.

Mandi accumulated 38 points from mines, but it wasn't enough to catch Steve.

The other three players explored postal routes in Germany and surrounding areas. First play for Jen and Mong.

The tiebreaker for T&T is the player who collected the "end game" token (or the player closest to that person) wins ties. Well something happened that I have not seen before a 3 way tie. Jen got the end token, Mong was next clockwise, and then me. I though I had Kempten for the grey city token but I did not.

Jen 21 (end token)
Mong 21 (next clockwise)
Brian 21 (last clockwise - I claim teaching)

The Thurn and Taxis players then went to the Antarctic. I managed to maneuver one of my penguins to has exclusive access to ~6 tiles, which was the winning move.

Mandi will be in Russia next February, so she is preparing by playing St Pete. first play for Lee. He had a great income engine, but the other players grabbed the pubs and he couldn't convert money to VP well enough.
