This game is goodness all over. Fantastic miniatures, simple but exciting play. Lot's of interaction. It's Wings of War like but the distances you can move are greater becasue of the templates used and all of the expansions and add ons give it the level of detail that make tactics challenging.

For me it was the SWCCG. I loved this game and feel it should be rated higher then most people rate it.

This is easily the best for me. It captures the final battles of the movie very well - and is absolutely gorgeous!

This one has been played to death in our house. Luckily I was able to pick up a second copy several years back (just before it went OP). My 17 year old still plays - and now his 7 year old brother is hooked.

This is it for me. With 1000+ pieces, 10 factions, tons of play formats from competitive formats to dozens of scenarios, and squads that play very differently from one another, every game is great, most are memorable, and usually very different. Lightsabers and blasters running around Star Wars-ish settings with pre-painted minis... really gets the feel of the movies/books/video games.

I like Queen's Gambit, too. I only played once, and I thought it was just as good as SWM - except it's just one battle. I can't see myself playing Queen's Gambit on a weekly or even monthly basis, but it would be worth having if I didn't have SWM.

I like Epic Duels, too. I think of it as Star Wars Minis lite. I like SWM better for the depth and the options, but it's easier to find opponents for Epic Duels.

I could probably like SW:CCG just as much as SWM. I played the CCG back in the 90s and loved it, but stopped playing around Dagobah. From what I've read, the objective cards that came out later did a good job of making the game play out with more of a plot, and I would be a big fan of that. But I bought into SWM and have no interest in buying into SW:CCG, especially since I don't think I would have an opponent.

Maybe I can get my mommy to see if she still has this in storage. It has only been about 30 years since I last saw it.

If she did not hold on to it through her last six or seven moves, I guess I would have to play SW:Queen's Gambit followed by some X-Wing.

I know not everyone likes it, but to me it's a blast. My wife and I have played 100+ games of this in the last 4 months (20% or so of our totali gaming).

It's fast, immersive and decently thematic!

I will play it ALSO tomorrow

Best
