The piecepack system is a generic set of components that can be used to play a great variety of games. There are about 150 free games listed at the piecepack.org web site and/or at the piecepack wiki.

Some of the games have their own pages here at BGG too, but in my opinion too few... I've submitted all my "completed" games plus many from other designers and I think every person that designed a piecepack game should do the same.

So, here's a list of piecepack games that have their own page in the BGG database. Some are listed as published by "piecepack games" and were easy to find, but others just say so in their descriptions, so I had to search the database with google which was time consuming...

Feel free to add games if I missed any, and also if anyone adds games to the database, add them here too...

UPDATE: Now that there are "families" in BGG, check the piecepack family for a list that should be as complete as this one (and should eventually make this one obsolete...).

You and your best buddy, Kaka, are two young dudes cruising the back streets of ancient Egypt looking for a cheap double-hump wash and blow dry for your camel, Phredd. Unfortunately, being somewhat shy of means (i.e., broke), you are unable to afford the more reputable establishments. Acting on Kaka’s dubious suggestion, you
head out to the edge of town to a place your mother told you never to go: the old, abandoned tower built by that nutcase, K’Dak. K’Dak was a washout from pyramid building school. He just could never get the pyramid concept straight. Big on the bottom and small on top. How is this hard? Anyway, his attempt at building a small summer
pyramid for the pharaoh ended up as a six-story, straight up and down tower. The pharaoh was not amused and K’Dak was banished from the community in disgrace. That should have been the end of it, but K’Dak had in mind one last futile gesture before he left. He returned to the tower, hid small amounts of gold throughout the structure and then set up a booby trap for anyone who tried to retrieve the gold. However, before he could spread a story of a fabulous treasure residing in his tower, he was run out of town by the authorities and never seen again. The pharaoh intended to condemn the place for demolition, but got distracted with a border war and K’Dak’s tower was largely
forgotten. And now, you and Kaka are heading to this questionable monument on the outside chance that there is something inside that you can barter for a camel makeover.

K’Dak’s Tower of Confusion and Camel Wash is a game of exploration. You and your opponent climb through an abandoned tower hoping to collect enough treasure in order to pay for a bath for Phredd. Things go just fine until one of you reaches the top layer, at which time the tower starts shaking itself apart. You then have to get out before the whole structure collapses on you while still finding enough treasure to make the expedition worthwhile.

The theme is that you are controlling a spaceship(pawn) and have to move around the map (tiles) investigating planets(coins) to discover those to which you must deliver packages(coins). The difficulty comes through your limited choice of thrust(coins) and braking(coins). You can refuel but these are limited(dice).

Easy Slider is the first game in a new Piecepack genre: the "B.Y.O.P.", or "Bring Your Own Piecepack" game. It can be played solitaire, or with as many players as there are Piecepacks available. It can even be played over the phone or via online chat.

Players agree on how many rounds of the game they will play. (Three is a good number for beginners.) On each round, a Caller is chosen. (Callers need not rotate.) The Caller creates a random layout of tiles and randomly designates a strict order in which the tiles must be placed. All players then try to slide the tiles on their boards one at a time into the proper positions. The player who does so the fastest over the specified number of rounds is the winner.

In Elephant Run, one player is an elephant that’s big, strong, and equipped with a good memory and a huge appetite. The other player controls a group of six rice patty farmers in India trying to eke out enough sustenance to support their huge households. Things are tough enough for the farmers until one day the elephant decides to use the shared rice patty as the lunch buffet. While local statutes prevent the farmers from hurting the elephantine freeloader, it is perfectly legal for the farmers to starve to death should they not find some nonviolent way to save their crop. So, they run into the patty and try to herd the elephant. Assuming they can avoid getting stepped on, will they be able to save enough of their rice patty for the upcoming harvest?

Welcome to the Roman Republic! The aim of the game is to win political control of the Republic. The two areas of play are the Provinces in the electoral circuit and the Offices. Players will place influence tokens in the Provinces in the hope of winning provincial elections which provide influence. Magistrates and Governors also provide influence, and can be used to take special actions which will help players defeat their rivals. The game ends once all 24 Provinces have been decided, in which case the player with the most influence from both the Provinces and the Offices wins.

Shove Ha'penny is a traditional British pub (tavern) game of dexterity and skill dating from the the mid
19th Century, with earlier variants in existence as early as the 15th Century. It is still widely played
today. Shove piecepack is an adaptation of this fun game for all ages.

It adds a new definition to the piecepack glossary:

Shove (v.): to propel/push an object (overhanging the edge of a table) along a smooth surface, by hitting it with the heel of one’s hand.

In the Age of Sail there was the development of the Battle Line to have a combat effectiveness as high as possible. In particular the British Royal Navy laid this doctrine down in the Fighting Instructions and adhered to them in a stubborn manner. This led in the second half of the 18th century to many undecided battles which could have been won with a little initiative. The Navy had to wait for an Admiral Nelson to change this.
In Piecepack Seabattle each player tries to destroy the opposing battle line with his own battle line. During manoeuvring you can achieve an advantageous position. During the fighting you need luck as it was in all sea battles.

A Solitary Confinement game for the piecepack.

In this solitaire game, the player attempts to collect all of the coins in a 5x5 playing area. By rolling the dice, the player determines which tile in the 5x5 grid he can move to with his pawns. The game is won when the player collects all 24 coins. The game is lost when the player rolls the dice and none of the pawns can collect a coin.
