Title says it all. I haven't seen a Geeklist with these particular criteria:
-Solo
-Fast set-up
-Good replayability - looking for tough decisions and relatively deep gameplay
-Hour or less - for when you want a quick game before bed.

Games with all of these qualities I call my "Go-to solo games".

I've started it off w/2 from my collection, any others?

FYI this is alpha sort.

Been described as "Ogre in Space".

Haven't played it in a while, but I think I only beat the first scenario. From what I remember, set-up just requires some card shuffles and some chits on the tracking boards. Rules were a bit of a hurdle but once you've got those down and the first couple plays, it's pretty fast to set up and can get a game in in about an hour.

Lots of fun thematic rules and fluff, and the scenarios are all different and add good replayability. You are essentially managing a squadron that is fighting a HUGE robot spaceship. TOUGH game, which is what I look for in a solo game.

One of my favorite discoveries of the past year. Ingeniously designed little solo game that doesn't fall into the "puzzle" trap, it really does feel like a game. Tough decisions, with 3 different timing mechanisms (life points, aging, and threat level).

Set up is easy, just shuffle a couple decks and you're good to go.

Took me 10 plays to get my first win, now that is replayability! I'm not an experienced deckbuilder so that might have played a role too, but I'm still getting a lot of bang for my buck. And, that was only level 1 out of 5 different levels of difficulty.

There's a little bit of set up involved, but really not too much. It could also get close to the 1 hour limit, although only if you're doing well, which isn't often in my case. I'm usually crushed well earlier than that. I always lose, but I always have fun losing.

Set up is essentially shuffling a deck and drawing a hand of 5 (legal) cards

It might not be the deepest game, but you do have to take care with what actions you take else you may be throwing away chances to succeed.
Do you play your key card to finish your set, do you hold on to it for protection against a nightmare, or discard it to rearrange the next 5 cards (and having to discard 2)?

Without the included expansions, this game can probably be played to victory in about 15 minutes.
Add in the expansions and the choices you can make along with the play time will increase.

The game also has co-op rules.

This one is a free print and play game, requiring just a deck of cards, a couple of dice and a token.
Can be played on different difficulty levels and the random setup gives the game a good replayability, too.

Usually clocks in well below the hour limit. Cards only, so setup isn't terrible. Different squads give replayability, as well as varied mission / room setups.

I would recommend Town Center. It is a bit more like a puzzle when played solo. (beat your top score type). It is fun and the cube draws make for different games each time.

I've made a lego version with a lego plate/base as well and can play upside down in bed. Makes it great for rotating and flipping around to see my best move.

Probably 20 minutes or so to play.

I have this one downloaded, but havent played it yet. I need to give it a go. Looks very promising.

All you need for setup is to print the play sheet, grab two die and a pencil with an eraser.

Plays in 30 minutes.

Can be played solo in roughly 20-30 minutes. Setup isn't too bad. There is enough randomness in setup and drawing from a bag to offer nice replay.

Even a game where you win can easily be done in 30-45 minutes. Fun little timekiller
