My wife said "Happy Birthday!" before she left early in the morning. I asked my children if they knew what day it was, and I made them sing the swedish version of "Happy Birthday!"

Yes, dropped off the kids for kindergarten, my youngest son's first day without dad. He didn't cry, I could leave after 2 minutes. Yes, 5 hours personal time for me!!

The sun was shining, and me and another of the mommies at kindergarten decided to run. I ended upp running 10 km!! I really felt great, I haven't had time to train for weeks

EDIT: The dinner took forever to be finished. The kids didn't like it, and the wife had a hard time with the not overcocked flesh. I thaught it was ok..

My boss just called: I just got my old assignment back. Since I am a consultant and it is not easy to find something these days this is very good news! So I will start 50 % on monday at Volvo! Feels really good to have job to go back to

Wife came home with two gifts: a shirt and measuring devices for food. I didn't expect any games.. hopefully I will get some this sunday when the rest of my family arrives.

She also brought some sparkling wine and a pinot noir for dinner. We got quite tipsy from the sparkling wine but the pinot noir was pretty bad. She didn't even finish her glass..

Before dinner I made my wife play a game. Since she once more told me that she didn't like Dominion (played once) we settled on Ticket to Ride. The kids almost trashed the game, but we turned on the TV and I got some "help" from my oldest son with picking up the cards and placing wagons etc.
