I work for an upscale home furnishings company so our office furniture is all very nice. I always liked the look of maps, globes, etc as decorations. They are currently remodeling the offices ad I wanted to show my boardgame love by framing/mounting a game map on the wall alongside my other artwork. I don't have a ton of wallspace asthe offices are only 10'x10'. My current furniture and art is as follows:


I have the North America and Europe maps in this image:



Desk:



Credenza w/ hutch:



I still haven't decided on a wall color yet, but i am thinking a warm, tan/beige would look nice:



So now I need ideas for a game map that fits into the theme! Add the game and an image of the actual map in the description.

I'm partial to the map for Viceroys, because it is based on the best existing maps from the time period, which were "wrong" by today's standards. So the map is "wrong," but if you lived in the time of the European explorers, it was top of the line. Plus, it's real pretty. And full disclosure, the game designer is a friend of mine.

To be a little different, you might want to look into period maps that evoke games you like. You seem to like Goa; you might want to look at something like this 17th century map of Goa:
