Let us begin with an agreement. A d6 is a cubical object with the sides identified by the numbers 1 through 6. The 1 side is opposite the 6 side, the 2 side is opposite the 5 side, and the 3 side is opposite the 4 side. If we know which side is 1, which side is 2, and which side is 3, we have the values of all the sides.Recommend
It turns out, there are two possible d6 configurations.
The vast majority of d6 found are of the right-handed variety. Apart from a set of specialty dice, every d6 I can recall has been right-handed. I had thought about the chirality of dice before, but never had a game I could go to and say, "See! They are real."
