UPDATE!

OOPS, looks like this geeklist already exists! So let this be a signpost to that! GO GO GO AND POST POST POST!!!

LINK: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/162572/essen-loot-2013...

There's already a nice thread in the Essen forum for pictures of what folks have brought home here:

http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/1059383/show-off-your-bu...

but I figured I'd start a geeklist, to see if we can get more people posting! To share your pictures, here's a few easy steps (note, you need to be logged in with your BGG account to do this, of course):

1) upload your pic(s) into your own personal BGG gallery (click on "My Geek" on at the top of the any BGG page, and then choose Gallery, and then choose "Upload Image")

2) make a new geeklist entry here (pick a game or whatever you like as the subject for the entry... maybe your fav game of the show?)

3) in the text of the geeklist entry, in addition to whatever you want to say, add

[imageID=XXXXXX large]

(include the brackets) where the XXXXX is the image id # that BGG assigned to your gallery pic upload.
...
Easy peasy! So c'mon, let's see your phat lewt!!!!

Guess I'll start with my own haul. Two pics. First, here's what I brought back with me on the plane:

And here's what I shipped back via DHL:

who saved my life by helping me wrangle all these boxes from the Messe to the main post office down town. We split a taxi, and he helped keep the whole monolith of game boxes from falling while I navigated the halls and streets and various bumps. It was an epic endeavor. (BTW, two of those 9 boxes are his, just so you don't think I was too crazy )

Also thanks to publisher LudiCreations for donating all the boxes (as well as giving me a place to store my games, and a couch to crash on, during the show! ) Also lifesavers!
