GeekList Auction for Mission: Red Planet score tokens made of plastic crystals.
The original version of Mission: Red Planet comes with 70 cardboard score tokens: blue-ish Ice, pink-ish Sylvanite, and black Celerium (on orange-ish tokens).
These tokens were functional, but depending on number of players and how game play went, there were not always enough score tokens for all players by the final scoring round of the game.
And in fact the manual states: "If you run out of score tokens, use Resource tokens."
This auction is for 96 plastic "crystal" score tokens to replace the 70 cardboard ones in the original game:
40 Blue "Ice"
28 Pink "Sylvanite"
28 Black "Celerium"
NOW not only will you always have enough score tokens to complete the game, but these tokens are much "cooler," more "tactile", and thematic compared to the original score tokens.
Just take a look. Pictures below.
All transactions will go through Board Game Geek Marketplace so that Board Game Geek gets their cut.
Winner is responsible for:
1. Paying the total amount bid,
2. Paying any transaction fees such as BGG Marketplacee and/or PayPal,
3. Paying for shipping.
Minimum bid on each set is $5.
Preferred method of payment is PayPal, but I guess I could wait for a check to clear. I don't have a method of accepting credit cards.
I'll ship anywhere and charge only actual shipping cost, but buyer is responsible for paying for packing materials and shipping cost. The plastic "crystals", besides being "pretty," are quite sturdy, so shipping in bubble mailer should work just fine.
This is a "no snipe" auction. If someone outbids another bidder, the auction will be extended another 12 hours to give the previous bidder a chance to avoid being sniped. Once there is a bid, with no following bids for 12 hours, the auction will completely end.
Tentatively, the auction will end on Midnight Sunday 1/5/2014 (EST), but the "actual" end date will depend on sniping and bidding per the above "no snipe" rules.
Auction GeekMail me with any questions.
The auction will be listed on the MetaList for GeekList Auctions.
