The focus of the event is on design, and 90% of the participants are designers, although the events are growing, and include an increasing number of regular play tester participants, publishers and special guests.
Of course, with more publishers attending and self-publishing methods becoming more viable, the list of games that have been Protospiel tested and later published is also growing. This is an attempt to catalog all the games in this unique club.
This list is building from a 2009 geeklist, Games by Protospiel Geeks by Mark Goadrich. Thanks also to the Protospiel community over at Protospiel Facebook for all the titles. If I've missed any games, please add 'em!
Also, please add in the comments any stories, fun facts you can share about your game, how it changed, what Protospiel locations it was at, etc. It would be great to hear more about each game!
EDIT: I wrote an article on Protospiel for The League of Gamemakers. The article talks about a specific event now passed, but there's still lots of relevant quotes/links.
