Le Tour De Geek 2014 - Qualifying Stage I [POLLS] - STAGE COMPLETE

It is with a mixture of trepidation and excitement that I kick off the Tour de Geek 2014. The intent to make it feel epic and intense like the cycle Tour generates a significant time commitment that I might not have, but what the hell, lets go!
Every year nearly 200 maniac cyclists take part in a 3 week, 2000 mile cycle race around France. This contest echos that madness, but with games taking part.
Le Tour de Geek has 15 stages where the 50 best games will compete against each other. Each of the 15 stages represents a different aspect of what makes games great. As in Le Tour the competitors will be judged in a number of different ways and the best in each of these will be rewarded by wearing a coloured jersey in the next stage. After the 15 stages are complete we will know our champions.
Like last year there will be two stages of Qualifying to determine the 50 games that will compete. This is the first of those stages.
A number of competitors will pre-qualify for the contest at varying stages based on their performance last year and in other contests. For Stage 1 a lot of games are auto-nominated. However the Stage is open for Wild Card entries. Similar games (e.g. Dominion/Intrigue, Steam/Age of Steam) have been combined.
Tournament Dates Qualifying Stage I: early May Qualifying Stage II: mid May Giro d'Italia 2014: 9th May to 1 June
Le Tour de Geek 2014 (15 Stages): 2 June to 28 July Le Tour de France 2014: 5th July to 27 July

This year there will be two qualifying stages to determine the 50 competitors for the 2014 Le Tour.
20 will automatically qualify based on their performance in the 2013 Tour.
20 will pre-qualify for Stage II of qualifying based on their performance in the 2013 Tour or other contests.
60 games are automatically nominated for Stage I of qualifying based on their performance in other contests (2013 Tour, Geek Madness, Boardgames League, etc). These appear in the polls below.
Anyone is free to nominate any other games as Wild Card entries by adding them as items to this geeklist.
The top 30 games will qualify this Stage will qualify for Stage II based on the number of votes they receive (number of poll votes for auto-nominated games, number of thumbs for Wild Cards). In addition the top 1 or 2 Wild Cards will qualify even if they get less votes.
You can discuss Le Tour contest here: Le Tour de Geek - Discussion Thread

Le Tour is not limited to the above automatic nominees. In addition anyone can nominate Wild Card entrants. Simply add an geeklist item entry to this geeklist for any game you'd like to nominate.
Votes for Wild Cards will be based on the number of Thumbs they receive, so don't be shy with your thumb for any Wild Card nominated that you think worthy of a shot at Stage II, or maybe even Le Tour 2014!
Depending on my available time I may be re-ordering the geeklist a few times based on the number of votes the wild cards get.
