Classic game of city building, hidden roles and backstabbery (it's totally a word). Dunno much about how this went down.

Game 1
Jeff playing Jinteki: Tennin Institute
Jacob playing Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker

The first game was over in 2 turns, Jeff had a Hedge Fund and two Snares in hand, first action Hedge Fund up to 9 credits, then install the two Snares. Jacob ran Jeffs hand and got nothing, then ran the two remote servers, double Snare for 6 net damage, snap!

Game 2
Jeff playing Jinteki: Tennin Institute
Jacob playing Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker

Second game went on a little longer but Jacob fell foul of not keeping his cards in hand up. When he only had one card left Jeff hit him with a double Neural EMP for the flatline win.

Game 3
Jeff playing Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker
Jacob playing Jinteki: Tennin Institute

They swapped decks and it lasted a little longer, but a massive run saw Jeff hit several net damage and a Fetal AI for a flatline win for Jacob!

You cannot deny the danger of running against Jinteki!

One of my favourite deck building games. Set in a post-apocalyptic arctic wasteland, you have to use your limited supply of resources to dig for tools, recruit new tribe members and win skirmishes with other clans to secure victory.

Everyone started out optimistic but that soon turned sour when we realised just how useless our Refugees are! Some of us were more ruthless than others, burying our Refugees deep in the frozen junkyard whilst others chose a higher path, keeping them in their decks for the end game scoring they provided. The skirmishes came thick and fast, with Snipers and Saboteurs never winning anyone a fight but certainly allowing others to determine the winner. In the end it came down to one point difference between Adam and I, me having dug a one-point frozen refugee popsicle out of the junkyard on the final turn!

The brave heroes, Omnitron-X, Expatriate, The Visionary and Fanatic, faced off against La Capitan and her boat-load of bad guys. Sadly, it did not go in the heroes favour, having Omnitron-X fall a few rounds in and too much for the remaining heroes to do they were eventually thwarted by the dastardly deeds of ........ La Capitan!

Game 4
Jeff playing Jinteki: Tennin Institute
Paul playing Noise: Hacker Extraodinare

This was a tough matchup for both of us as Jinteki can't deal with Noises virus mills (without relying on a splash for Jacko) and the net damage from Jinteki really slows the tempo of Noise down.

Jeff started strong, hitting a Celebrity Gift for 5 and showing me a The Future Perfect in the process. He set himself up well to with the econ war, sitting on about 12-15 credits whilst I was fumbling to get my econ going and running on the unprotected centrals for Data Sucker tokens and to stop the really annoying Tennin ability!

I managed to snatch an early Nisei MK II that had been milled into Archives, causing Jeff to ice it up in response. No more free data sucker tokens for me!

I began digging deep into R&D with a medium down and plenty of cards in hand. The first time I hit a Snare, then I think a Shock but eventually was able to see 3 cards and 2 were agendas (one being Fetal AI which took my last 2 credits to steal). That put me on 6-0 which really piled the pressure onto Jeff. I knew he had that The Future Perfect in hand so when he dropped a remote and advanced I assumed he was trying to score it out quickly! Boy was I wrong. Fell straight into a double-advanced Project Junebug and had to spend yet another turn building my hand back up!

Jeff eventually scored his The Future Perfect behind a 3 deep remote which I was not prepared to get into which put us at 6-3. Sitting on game point I new I just needed the one Agenda but with 2 ICE on R&D (the later being a rezzed Bastion) and HQ protected by 2 as well (a rezzed Chum and something scary and unknown behind it), I had few options.

I had 13 credits and some makings of a plan. I installed a Nerve Agent putting me on 10c, clicked to move Knight to the Chum, run HQ, pay 2c to break the Chum, Jeff rezzes a Tsurugi and my heart sinks, it has 3 net damage subroutines and I have stupidly run with 2 cards in hand!

Jeff can't believe his luck and has grabbed for the 1 credit to bypass the first subroutine at lightning speed! My mind whurrs. With 8 credits left I think I can do it. So I trash the Clone Chip in play to install a Crypsis from the heap for 5c. 2c to boost the strength and 1 to break just one of the 1 net damage subroutines, leaving me with no cards in hand and no credits to my name. All for a single access, totally stupid move. But then ... I snag a Priority Requisition from HQ giving me the game.

Wow that was probably my favourite game of Android: Netrunner to date and a great example of why this game is taking the world by storm!

Great little press-your-luck dice game with brains! Roll as many brain dice faces before you get 3 shotgun faces, either back the brains you have or push your luck for more!

Ryan started off well, getting up to about 9 brains super-fast. Martin wasn't rolling well and was having trouble securing any brains for his very hungry zombie. Adam and I made a late surge getting to about 8 brains each. Then Adam chose to stop at 12, preventing the final round from triggering, hoping to surge over the line when someone else did. Ryan got to 14, putting the pressure on, Adam pushed to 15 brains, then I pushed to 15 brains with 2 shotguns and left it to a tie breaker. Adam pushed too far and all I had to do was score 1 brain to win. Anti-climactic ending to a very exciting game.
