Independent Publishers Looking for Game Submissions

Are you a games designer? (Of course you are...what am I asking?) Do you have a game you would like to get published but don't know where to start? Well...maybe you do. The solution has always been to reach out to the publishers that you believe in and/or have published similar games in the past. This, though, doesn't always provide the full picture...particularly as now there are so many of us self-publishing our games or starting a publishing company with just one game in mind (hopefully more).Recommend
The question still remains: Which publishers are actually looking for submissions, and for what type of games? This has generally taken some time on the first-time designer's to do the necessary research but, with so many publishers out there, there's bound to be ones we miss, ones that could very well bring your design to market. To help bring this together, I thought it would be a good idea to setup a GeekList.
Are you are independent games publisher open for unsolicited game submissions? If so, please add your company to list as formatted, answering each of the following questions:
1) Who are you, where are you based and when did your company start?
You should know this. For instance, we are Chaos Publishing, are based in the South-West of England (UK) and we started the company in 2010.
2) What games have you published and/or have plans to publish?
For this, please link to BGG database. For instance, we have published two editions of our game Medieval Mastery and are preparing Brave the Elements as our next release for 2015. We have many plans for the future.
3) What type of games do you publish? What is your submissions policy?
Please link to your submissions policy here. For instance, we publish games that are purposely made for fun, games that are easy to learn, interactive and highly engaging. We prefer games that can be played in 60 minutes or less and that can be priced affordably. Please refer to our full submissions policy here.
4) How can we get in contact?
Post your submissions email or web form here, for instance: submissions[at]chaospublishing.com and link to your social media: Twitter (@ChaosPublishing), Facebook (/ChaosPublishingLtd), Google+ (+ChaosPublishing), etc.
Also, please include any other information you'd like designers to know prior to contacting you.
