Free Print and Play solitaire boardgames (or multiplayer games that have solitaire rules). Most of the games on this list were found thanks to Donald Seagraves's (DSeagraves) excellent Canonical Lists of Free Print-and-Play Games (see: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/7690). See also the Print_and_Play_Games wiki page.
Only 'PnP games' that include all or nearly all necessary components in the downloadable files are included in this list (hence, no miniature rule systems, etc.). PnP games that ore only free if you register at some website or if you have a download code from a magazine are excluded from the list (games have to be really free). If you know a game that should be on this list, please add it.

The 19th hole is a Card and Dice Golf game for 1 to 2 players. It consists of individual course cards that depict sections of golf course holes; such as the green, the fairway, and the tee box. You put each hole together based on the course card section number on the score card or create your own course!

The cards also depict clubs [1W, 3W, 1I, 3I, 5I, 7I, 9I, Pitching Wedge, Sand Wedge and Putter]

The game is broken down in to two mechanics; clubs strokes and putting shots. You use club stroke actions until you reach the green then you change to the putting mechanic to complete the hole.

You decide the club to use and roll the dice for Power, Elevation, and Accuracy! 2D6 are rolled for each of the three main club actions.

There is a really cool dice mechanic for putting and takes into account the four different levels of play!
Beginner
Intermediate
Experienced
Professional

This game simulates golf as close as possible within a card and dice game! All golf rules apply!

You only need to cut out 35 cards to play the game and use [10] colored D6 dice!

I discovered this one recently and used it for testing Artscow. Now I'm having a blast playing it. The designer is a BGGer and is very responsive to questions on the game's BGG page.

It's a Steampunk themed game in which you have 60 (game) hours to search a city for the components of a fabled device whilst the eponymous Clockwork Cabal tries to thwart you. The city has shifting geometry, with locations that can shift positions and no guarantee that you can re-trace your steps. Plays in about 20 minutes.

From the Rules:

All Time Championship Soccer lets you can relive the excitement, passion, glory and defeat of taking a national team through the World Cup. Choose from 64 national teams, representing that country’s best team ever to play in the World Cup. Each team is statistically generated to match its performance in the World Cup. Attempts, shots on goal, defenses, strategy, formations, yellow and red cards, corner kicks, penalty kicks, free kicks, injuries, key players, offside traps, marking players, long ball tactics, counter attacks, packed in defenses, home field advantage, hand balls, disallowed goals, bad calls by referees, penalty shootouts and sudden death are all present for you to maneuver through group play and the knock-out rounds with the hopes and dreams of making it ultimately to the Finals. All Time Championship Soccer is a strategic level game that still lets you make game changing decisions by selecting from 9 different formations, 3 distinctive strategies, and 7 unique tactics—all while allowing play of several games in a matter of minutes. Each game only takes 5-15 minutes to play, allowing you to play an entire tournament in a few hours. There are 6 levels of play: Basic, Advanced, Premier League, Tournament, Solo and Quick Play. However, each level is relatively easy to grasp and you should be playing a game within minutes of reading these rules.

Resolve the age old question of whether Brazil 1970 is the greatest team of all time. Rematch Germany 1954 against Hungary 1954 and try to recreate the “Miracle of Bern.” See if you can do the impossible—taking Dutch East Indies 1938 from qualification to the Finals!

Your city lies in ruin, razed by mysterious enemies. Unable to withstand their assault, you lost most of your people during the siege; just before the fall of the city, you managed to gather a group of survivors and flee to the Path of the Past. You must now lead what remains of your people safely to Res, the place where your ancestors came from, while simultaneously preserving the Arival, the Soul of the People.

As the Keeper of the Ari people, you must choose a path that allows at least one of your clans to safely reach Res. You build your path as you go by chaining cards, which represent locations you pass in your flight and show which directions you can move to at each step. The cards and how you connect them determine which obstacles, dangers or opportunities you face on your path, and allow you to move on the map and hopefully trace a route from the siege ruins to the place where Res is supposed to be.

The player must supply 10 euro-cubes or similar objects to be used as markers. The game is also available in a low-ink, printer-cartridge-budget-friendly version.

S/M: Solitaire or up to 3 players
Genre: Sports simulation
Short Description: Banzuke Shoushin (番付昇進 'Rise through the ranks of sumo') is - as the name already indicates - a sumo wrestling career simulation game. Hence, it does not focus on individual bouts (even though hundreds of fights are simulated during the game), but on the whole of a rikishi's (sumo wrestler) career. There are 12 rikishi in the game, but only one or a small number of those are player-controled; the others are 'automated', i.e. controled by the game. During a single game year, rikishi first train, which means that they improve their skills in 1 or 2 of 5 different areas of skill (endurance, strength, weight (yes, that's a skill here...), speed, technique). In the meanwhile their oyakata (stable masters, comp. coaches) try to improve their spirits, which works like a 6th skill. After training the basho (tournament) begins. A whole year of sumo (6 basho) is condensed into a single tournament (of 45 bouts) in the game. Every bout is decided by the match tactic and a number of dice. Rikishi can try to influence the match tactic such that it matches their strongest skills (or the opponent's weaknesses). After the basho the banzuke (ranking) is adjusted, rikishi age one year, and some retire (forcibly or voluntarily). Then the next year begins. A full game lasts well over 10 hours, but is easily split in multiple 1 hour sessions.

From the Rules:

"Have you ever wanted to build a basketball dynasty to rival that of Wooden’s legendary UCLA teams? How about experiencing the thrill of recruiting, developing and a starting a team of Champions? What about trying to improve a run-of-the-mill team into a tournament team, all while trying to keep your job? You can do all of these things a more in Basketball Dynasty—in under an hour.

Basketball Dynasty is a game about recruiting and developing college basketball players, while trying to qualify for the tournament and win a championship. Each player acts as the head coach of a college basketball team and has 12 years to win as many games, go to as many tournaments and win as many championships as possible. As the coach, you determine who to recruit (do you want solid season performers or the star who can win in the big game), who to develop, who to start and bench, and what style of team do you want (e.g., a group of 'team players' or bunch of talented 'individuals' who happened to play on the same team)."

COLONY 9 is a board game for one player (a solo game) with an approximate duration of 15 minutes.

You must create your colony and have it operational before the arrival of the first convoy from the planet Earth. To do this you must deploy different resources (building materials, biological, technological) in several colony buildings, as well as automate them assigning a robot if necessary.

During game you will have to face several random events and build required buildings in time. For this you have different possible actions that you can choose with dice.

If at the last turn, when the convoy arrives, you have built all the required buildings, you get victory points for the other buildings. The victory conditions vary depending of the colony that you are building and game difficulty.

Colony 9 uses a 3x3 tile board game for building, three dice, several color cubes that represents resources (technology, biology, building materials) and several pawns that works as robots.

The player can choose different actions to play from a 3x3 action chart. He throws three dice and use two of them to choose an action, and then use the other die to asign materials to a structure. To build a structure you choose an action and deploy resources in that build. The player must build mandatory structures (radio, vital systems, spaceport, etc.) before a specific turn or he'll lost the game. In addition he can build other structures (factory, control station, missile base) to gain victory points and to defend colony from alien attack or asteroids.

COUNTDOWN TO DISASTER

Solitaire game - 1 player

Game time - 30 to 45 min

Game type - tile placement, abstract, card management, puzzle game

You’re a demolitions expert who’s been called on to defuse a massive bomb found in the underground parking structure of the Chicago Tower. You just finish evacuating the public and unpacking your equipment when a timer on the bomb suddenly begins to count down – and your heart rate goes into overdrive. Upon inspection, you determine that the trigger is controlled by an encrypted Code Sequencer, which your fancy new high-tech Code Analyzer can be used to bypass and – hopefully – prevent detonation. The challenge is to figure out the wiring sequence from the tangle of wires in front of you. Do it correctly and you will neutralize the bomb and avert disaster. But the clock is ticking. You now have less than 16 minutes to discover the sequence and connect the Analyzer. The Countdown to Disaster has begun...

Countdown to Disaster is a combination tile placement, card management game and race against the clock style game. Your Code Analyzer has [4] color coded wires “Red, Green, Blue and Yellow” which must be connected to the timer of the bomb so as to be able to bypass the timer and prevent the bomb from exploding! These connections will be made through the [16] wire routing tiles on the game board. The bomb itself is amass of wires, which is represented by the 4x4 grid of wire tiles on the game board that are routed in different directions to try and prevent you from defusing the bomb. Your goal is to figure out the four individual wire routes to connect your code analyzer to the bomb timer. You must figure out a complete connection route for each wire from the code analyzer to the bomb timer before the timer runs out and bomb explodes!
You have special wiring tools that allow you to manipulate the wires and create or change the route of each existing wire or wires. With your tools in hand you can swap wires vertically and horizontally 1, 2, or 3 spaces. You can also rotate the direction of a specific wire or wire group up to 360 degrees. The last tool allows you to actually cut out “replace” a wire or wire group with a new wire or wire group from the bottom four tiles! When you replace a wire or wire group you can rotate the tile to the position of your choice.

short description: This print-and-play is affordable even to the poorest players... just print 2 sheets (black & white or color) and add some 6-sided dice. That's it! No cutting, no pasting, no complicated rules, just some old-fashioned, blood-filled fun.

Feeling lonely? Come die with your friends in Normandy!
