Instructions for pick up:
If you are picking up tomorrow (JUNE 4th), the address is 201 Loetscher Place. We will be in the first floor lounge, on the corner of farber and loetscher. It's a room with all glass windows, and you should be able to see us in there. Park on the street - plenty of parking. Geekmail me if you have any problems - I'll be watching my inbox. We will be playing most of the day, so come anytime from 12:00 noon, and on. We will do an order for pizza at some point for dinner, and should have plenty of people to play whatever you want. (Please bring games to potentially teach and play if you don't already know how to play the games you bought)
For people with NYC pick up - I'll reach out to you individually, but this will be on Thursday, the 9th. The options are in Chelsea (around 14th street) around 9:00/9:30 AM, or after 8:00 near Penn Station.
For PHL people, we will be at (https://mtairyreadandeat.com/) on the 5th, and potentially the 12th if need be. I'll confirm exact time tomorrow, but 1:00 is about right.
For anyone shipping, I will be shipping things out Monday, and if need be, Tuesday. I will be sending you an invoice through geekmarket. I'll be taking care of everything tomorrow before I tackle any of that, so you won't see anything until Sunday at the earliest.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I’m doing something a little different here. This is an auction, but hoping for more local pick ups.
I am auctioning off about 275 games (most are NIS - it will be noted if this is NOT the case). I am encouraging games to be picked up on June 4th, where anyone who wants, can stay and play these games (or any other games you bring) with our gaming group. Pick up is in Princeton, NJ, and we have a great space to play, and is easy to get to, right off route 1. Games do not HAVE to be picked up on June 4th, and could be picked up earlier if that day doesn’t work for you. I am expecting people to pay in cash, in person. If you need me to hold a game for you after the 4th, I’ll require paypal.
Multiple Games Discounts for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!
(please note, when calculating number of games, only games bought for $25+ count. I.E. 9 copies of Flux doesn’t net you a free copy of Space Hulk……)
Buy 1 game = pay the bid price.
Buy 2 games = take 2 dollars off the total
Buy 3 games = take 4 dollars off the total
Buy 4 games = Take 6 dollars off the total
Buy 5 games = take 10 dollars off the total
Buy 10 games = game of your choice for free (maximum of 40 dollar value).
In terms of gaming on the 4th of June, we will start playing at 12:00, and will play as long as people want. My gaming group usually orders pizza for dinner, and plays well into the evening, and we would love to have you. The games auctioned off are representative of what is typically played, but anything is welcome to be brought, and taught.
I hope this auction/event provides some savings, and connections, and lots of gaming.
Boiler Plate Stuff:
All games have a starting bid. Most games have bins.
I will close the auction sometime on the night of June 3rd, so you don’t have to worry about someone sniping your game if you are coming to pick this up.
BGG will get their 3%.
For games being shipped, buyer pays actual shipping cost from 08540. I will combine for multiple items.
**edit** Bidding will end at an undisclosed time on the evening of June 3rd, to avoid any sniping.
Please let me know if I forgot anything here.
If you have a specific question, best to geekmail me to be sure I get it. I might miss a comment in a particular item's thread.
**NEWLY ADDED PHL PICK UP** If you live in the PHL area (https://mtairyreadandeat.com/), and want to do a local pick up, we are arranging an option for that on June 5th, in the early afternoon. Exact details to be determined, but we also have an option on the 12th as well. It is $3/game delivered, with a maximum of $30 (meaning delivering 10 games is the same as delivering 100 games). Also, the multiple game discounts will not apply for games that need to be driven down to PHL, and not being pick up in Princeton. Please say "Local, PHL" for anything you are wanting this option for.
**NYC Drop off** Board Games can be dropped off to NYC, Chelsea area on June 9th in the AM (by 9:00), or after 8:00 in the Penn Station area on June 9th. Ditto for all of the things said on PHL drop off.
