Jim Fleming is an unlucky guy. Apparently his sedan got broken into last week (or sometime last March) and a truckload of cardboard was stolen (in addition to his laptop and other sundry items).

We feel bad for Jim (James? Mr. Fleming? Jim Flartner?). We haven't seen any police report, but it appears that his insurance company isn't covering the loss of his growing board game collection (or maybe they are covering it, but he'd really like to spend that insurance money on buying a new house, growing his family, and possibly getting a dog).

We understand, Jim. As indie board game publishers, we are awash with cash and have loads of extra games that we'd like to unload on people in unfortunate circumstances. We also feel it is our responsibility to replace your lost games because, hey, if we didn't make them so darn attractive to thieves, your car would not have been broken into (kudos to the thief's good taste, though)!

We also know Jim has a lot of other life stuff going on (did I mention the new house, dog, and baby?), and he would prefer not to pay shipping for any of these free games. Fortunately for Jim, our board game community is filled with really nice guys who would be happy to pay out of pocket for your own misfortune. So shipping is free, Jim! We'll get those games to you just as soon as we can.

Jim bought my game on BGG (nevermind that, at the time of this geeklist, no sales for my game were made on BGG). He also bought some other games on Amazon (that were not listed there and are currently out of print) and he got some exclusive games that would have been virtually impossible for him to get within the timeline he has detailed. So clearly Jim has put a lot of effort into getting these games by unconventional means. In fact, I bet he has received a lot of games through his unconventional tactics. He's a smart guy who knows a good ~~con~~ deal when he sees one.

Anyway, us publishers were chatting, and we thought it would be worthwhile to put together a Geeklist of all the games stolen by from Jim. After all, we would hate to leave out any games that need to be replaced. So if you suspect your game was stolen from Jim's car sometime last week or last March, please add your game here along with any interactions you have had with Jim. He sounds like a really nice guy, and we want to make sure he gets everything he deserves.

EDIT: Fake games (ones that Jim did not actually try to scam people with/for have been removed from the list. Many of the jokes were funny, but I felt it was more important that we be clear about exactly which games Jim tried to steal (or sell to others duplicitously).
