5) Shipping to be paid by winner, calculated from the zip code above (48178), and buyer can choose whether UPS or USPS is preferred for shipping.
6) Local pick-up in South Lyon (willing to work something out if it's not too far).
7) All items will go through the BGG Marketplace so that BGG gets it's 3%.
