2017 Boards & Books Tournament - Quarter-Finals [polls] -- VOTING CLOSED

ParanaSo, if my only options are these, then I shall...
Did I created a monster while trying to destroy them? Ah, the irony. This competition started with the idea of creating some discussion around books and games, and also one tournament where the usual suspects would be part of, but likely wouldn't win. This was to create some suspense over the result. But now, 7 Wonders Dual & Sherlock are cruising past the competition. I hope it is just that, so far, it took on weaker foes - as there are other pretty strong competitors. We shall see.
And what about Viticulture & Raven beating Eclipse & Brave New World by a single vote?!
The idea is: picture yourself playing the game and, in between turns, taking a breather to read the novel it is paired with. It the game is short, you might have to play it several times. Still, by the end of some time, you will have played the game and read the book. It might not be between turns. It can be before the actual play, afterwards. The only consideration is this: what duo would give you the best time (regardless (or maybe not) of the amount of it)? Which pairing would give you the best time?
- I gather the top 32 games of the last Majors tournament and 32 games with good results in other contests, and/or with a big amount of reputation (both ill or otherwise) and formed the brackets.
- How they are seeded? By results in previous competitions (when applicable), otherwise, mostly random. The higher seeds will have books normally not connected with the word "quality"; while the lower seeds will be paired with books considered to be among the best ever written.
- Some games were united to form one entry - it is possible, probable even, that a few games that should form one entry, didn't. I'm sorry for this.
For each match-up, vote for your favorite game by clicking on the box by its name. This round ends May 25th, without a definitive end hour (will end when I choose). A thumb for the GeekList is not required but encouraged and appreciated! Please help this stay on the front page to attract the attention of the most voters. Thanks!
You may vote for any games/books, whether you have owned or played them; or read or don't the book. You can vote based on any criteria that is important to you. You can cheer for your team, recruit legitimate voters, and rib the other team - just keep it modestly civil! Please feel free to comment on the games and match-ups, and most importantly, have fun!

You don't have to thumb the GeekList itself, but is highly encouraged and appreciated! This will help it to stay on the front pages to attract more voters. So, if you thumbed: thank you!
