CAThe science of history is a great bulwark against the stream of Time; in a way it checks this irresistible flood, it holds in a tight grasp whatever it can seize floating on the surface and will not allow it to slip away into the depths of oblivion

Microbadge Request & Design Feedback GeekList 6.1th Edition
Welcome to the new Microbadge Request & Design Feedback GeekList!
This GeekList is special! This GeekList is for you!
Please feel free to use this list to add either a request or a work in progress to be discussed by fellow designers. The GeekList format will allow a specific discussion the chance to reside under a particular item.
I can only speak for myself, but I think most microbadge-designers will agree: It is nice to create a microbadge for a new game or to represent an idea (...), but it's even nicer and more satisfying to fulfill a request of a fellow geek.
So when my predecessor asked me if I'd like to continue his work, I didn't hesitate a second.
Previous versions of this GeekList were moderated and maintained by: Kevintlee, 1nf1n1ty, Thorin2001, and Schwartzkopf

And here I am again (Schwartzkopf), giving Markus a well deserved break - Thank you for your hard work, sir! And of course, a thank you to Troy and Kevin for their previous efforts as well.
Adding a request
When adding a request please make sure to include
Request: "your request here"
at the top of your item for designers to quickly identify pending requests. (Replace "your request here" with your specific request)
In order to limit loading times for the GeekList it would be helpful to avoid including videos in posts.
Don't forget to subscribe to your own request to be notified when a designer answers your request!
Once your requested microbadge has been approved, the badge's designer will post to let you know it's now available for purchase. If you can either thumb their post or reply, then I'll know you've seen it and can then delete the item from the list.
I will delete entries as they are completed or have remained stagnant for too long. Feel free to repost a request if one has previously been deleted.
When posting multiple requests in one item please keep the number of requests to a minimum. This allows for shorter discussion under each item and allows me to clean them out when they are completed successfully.
Fulfilling a request
Anyone is invited to fulfill microbadge-requests by adding his/her designs to this list.
Feel free to declare your intent to work on a given request — it may dissuade someone else who's on the fence about it — but until you actually post a design, a given request is not yours. Even after you post a design, another badger is still free to post a different take on the same request. Remember, the goal here is to fulfill the requests with the best badges, no matter who makes them.
Before submitting your design to the feedback-thread, please make sure that the requester is happy with the microbadge you created. It would be nice if you would keep the requester updated on the status of the badges's approval (feedback/pending-list).
Once a microbadge has been approved, please inform the requester by posting the badge in the request's comments-section ("[microbadge=xxxxx] has been approved").
This information would help me too, as I wouldn't have to search for approved microbadges and could keep this list updated more easily.

In the Microbadge Submissions, Design, and Feedback-thread you can find a running discussion on designs, advice, and microbadge banter. The MB admin (cscottk) requires some public discussion of badges prior to submitting them for his approval.

Schwartzkopf is the RPG microbadge admin, and is a bit of a slacker. There are different rules for posting RPG badges for approval, so check the first post of this thread for details.
Finally there is the Video Game Microbadges - Design, Discussion and Request Thread which, again, is similar to the main microbadge thread but with Video Games in mind.
You can find the official "Pending Microbadge Designs"-list here. Newly submitted badges will be at the bottom (or on the next page and bottom) of the queue and should be available for purchase within one week.
