I have never heard of this game. Todd said he was still thinking on his evaluation of it. He mentioned one thing I like that players have to choose game end goals as the game goes on. They are face down though and secret and an action must be taken to see them. Todd must’ve been best at this.

I’ve been wanting to play this since Gen Con and got a chance today. Thanks to those guys who played with me! I was the Soviets and mostly just got destroyed. At one point however, I was THIS close to killing Jeremy and getting the win. I had a sniper card in my hand, but couldn’t move snipers that day thanks to an event. October 30th came, only 1 event was on the board, and the Revolutionists won! Excellent game!

Jerry and I got in a couple games of Mystic Vale. The first game Jerry was learning and didn’t get a single Vale card. The second game he got going better. My deck really focused on searching through my deck and discarding cards, to allow me to cycle through cards faster. I’m really enjoying this game, especially with the expansion!

After a quick rules refresher we were off and running. Todd had never played before. I was the only one able to get the Small Fish bonus. Todd had 3 tags at the end of the game score. Jerry got the Mystery Award twice throughout the game and also got to 12 fish first which was enough to push him over the top and gave me my first loss ever.
