This geeklist has been done before but it's older and I would like to see more recent games suggestions.

Here's the thing, a friend of mind has some pretty impacting visual impairments but likes to play games. I am looking for your thoughts and suggestions as to what you have seen work or what you think may work for him.

The big thing is he needs no small text or icons. In addition if colors are too muted or similar it's very difficult for him to see the difference.

The first few games on the list are going to be games he does play well and I will give the reasons why these work, so these can be the measuring stick for your suggestions.

He's played this one a lot and is familiar with the cards enough that reading isn't a necessary thing. All the colors are fine for him here, and the size of everything is perfect.

He has played this a few times and doesn't seem to have too much difficulty. The text on ticket cards can be tricky but he will use his phone as a pseudo magnifying glass.

He got this for Christmas this year and I was a bit worried. So the colors on the tiles actually he is good with. Now the little spots for the actions that are printed in a lovely light brown on beige background he has a hard time seeing. However it's only 5 actions and he just remembered them.

Here is an example that didn't work.

I thought being as all the rooms were colored differently it might work, but the point values, room type icons, and door ways were too small to be seen.
