On February 23rd, 2008, the Charleston Area Wargame Society (CAWS), located in the Charleston, SC metropolitan area, came together to play wargames. The group was started December 27, 2007 and the Yahoo! group is located at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CharlestonAreaWargameSociety/
so if you are in the area, please let us know.

I created this geeklist as a way to help promote the group and to let others in the area know what kind of wargames the group plays.

A total of 6 people attended: Paul Q (host), Keith M, Jeff W, Michael N, Barry and Michael C

The Short Campaign was played. It looked like Japan would win but the game ended prematurely as one player had to leave.

Barry and Michael N had to leave so the last game played was Circus Maximus with 4 players. This seems to be a great closing game so all attendees can participate.

Again, each player had 2 chariots. Definitely a lot of fun and a great game that, I am sure, will make a consistent appearance at the CAWS game days!
