I thought some context for all the counters, blocks and other pieces we move around maps would be nice. The numbers are simply staggering. I start off with Barbarossa, while not a single battle but a campaign, it should leed this list.

As I hit the submit button I know I have forgot at least one if not more.

Battle of Prussia- 2 Million!
June 22, 1944 to August 16, 1944

Russia launches a massive offensive,its aim is to destroy 100 German Divisions guarding Prussia and Poland.

Germany lost 800,000 killed/wounded/captured and Russia lost 1,300,000 killed and wounded. This was the greatest disaster to befall on the German Army in World War II.

Not so strange really, the best generals with the best army what do you think would happen.

France loses 350,000 Men killed and wounded, England loses 100,000 men killed/wounded/captured with 40,000 prisoners taken at Dunkirk and Germany loses 100,000 men killed and wounded.
