Games That Went Over Like a Lead Balloon (More from Pittsburgh's Women Gamers)
- Christine BiancheriaUnited States
I've been playing games at my place on at least a weekly basis now for going on four years. It all started when I invited a couple of friends, who happened to be two women, over for a game of Settlers. It was a hit, and we decided to start playing every Wednesday. In time, they invited another colleague over, and she became a regular. And then it happened again. In addition, we have about five or six other women who join us from time to time (and an occasional husband or two). It ended up being a women's gaming group mostly by default.Recommend
Only when I expanded my involvement into the general gaming community did I discover that that we were fairly unique in being mostly women. A couple of people have expressed curiousity and asked for some lists of our favorites, so I'm posting three today of current hits and current flops. Make of it what you will. Below are the games that just crashed and burned.
