With two expansions on shelves and two more coming the C&C systems has proved to be a solid game. You may like it or not (as I do) but can't deny there is a very popular game even for the non wargamers.

A game from Ted Raicer, the WWI guru. A marvelous game that spreaded the CDG system created with We the People.
Highly playable and most enjoyable Paths of Glory stands as one of the best wargames ever.

More tematic than wargame this is one of the games your hard-euro-fans will be willing to play.
Six players struggle for control of Europe in one of the most assimetrical games I've ever seen in game mechanics: some playes play a classic point-to-point wargame while others play diplomacy-with-dice.
I can understand why it's so loved and played but... not my piece of cake.

If you are looking for a ETO strategic wargame playable in one or two sessions maybe this is your game. Fast, easy and very funny, Europe Engulfed is one of the most fun strategic games I've ever played.
