Some rules are published with games full of lousy bits and dreary presentation.

Bare bones minimalism with almost infinite replayability.

Other than the counters, the box, and the map, it is a fine game.

Which to hate more: the ugly map? the flimsy box? the goofy helmets on the counters?

Decisions, decisions, decisions...

It has got to be the map.

You can slice up the box and use it for a cover sheet in a zip-lock; front and back (that way you cannot see the map).

You can try to ignore the symbols and focus your mental energy on the factors alone, but then they are resting on that map. When your eye seeks to avoid the map it is driven to the center of the counter, away from the map, but also away from the factors...

The horror! The horror!
