I set this one up on one of the beautiful bar tables made of lacquered tree trunk slices, but it was a little too tippy. The climbers kept falling off an exceptionally high perch. Kath eventually won by always keeping ahead of everyone by one step.
We used the dummy pawn setup in a 3-player game of this at the end of the night. Albert took an early lead, so Kath and I stomped on him. He was new to the game, Kath had played once, and I designed it, and that also reflects the standings in this case. We eventually ended the game in a standoff, because each of us had a triple stack, but I had sent about ten to Nirvana by then.
