Finally I think designers are getting the idea that making war games too complex makes it difficult to get into the hobby. Its nice to see more of the lighter versions of heavier games help people get in to the hobby

Ive been looking at lock and load games for 2 years. Beautiful artwork, beautiful gameplay. Always feel a little over my head. This looks like a great intro to the lock and load series. I cant wait to buy it, and get into the band of brother series

This game has all the punch of ASL from what I understand. Simplified gameplay has all the mechanics of much more complex games. This game really helped me understand stacking and group firing in a easy, gradual format.

This is the card portion of the Byrons larger gameFrontline General. When I saw the original game I was like wow. I could never learn to play, have all the stuff and space to play that game. Now that Ive seen the card action I am really excited about getting into this series.

One of the best and simplest systems out there with a great feel and short gameplay. They added Hold the Line: French and Indian War Expansion Set
Now we have HTL Napoleonics which will take it a step further. Im hoping the Tex Mex version Hold The Line: The Mexican-American War Expansion Set through, as well as many other varieties of warfare can fit onto this mechanic

Im excited about this one as I mentioned above. Having read the rules for this one its a sure buy. I can understand the rules just from reading them. Awesome stuff! And the counter art work cant be beat!
