So... what are you favorite sci-fi dungeon crawls? I meet up with a couple of teens I mentor on the weekends to play games and a couple of them have expressed interest in a sci-fi dungeon crawl. I know of Space Hulk, but I'm not sure what else is out there. Anyway... any help would be GREATLY appreciated

This one's a classic. In my teens & twenties I played it countless times, along with the 2 extensions, modded it etc., and eventually got tired of it... Now I play Doom ! There's also Advanced Space Crusade, but I never played it (2-p only).
Not sure exactly what you're after but my favourite game may well fall into this category. Yes, it's a CMG, but if you just want a few pieces for a fun game you can get plenty for the cost of a decent board game. And it's great fun too.
Days in the (six) lives of hapless clones in a vast underground complex of metal, radioactivity, food vats, insane robots, commies, and the occasional wizard from a more magical dimension. Everything led by an insane computer, and a GM looking to have fun at your expense.
Nobody remembers the first science fiction role playing game?
Struck by radiation, the passengers of the interstellar colony ship Warden have mutated into unusual and deadly creatures. The survivors have no idea they are on a ship, and believe it to be the world. With little or no knowledge of how to use the technology around them, the player characters (human, mutated human, mutated plant or mutated creature) must struggle to survive.
