Alright, after many different iterations in the drawing program and the not well received previous ones I made for him, I finally got the ok to make these for my friend:
Sadly my 1/8" corner rounder is no more so can not round the corners on them...
It includes all dividers for the Quest cards and Encounter cards. He has the other cards in a binder I made for him earlier...
I am going on a vacation to Stockholm on tuesday with my best friend who is not really a gamer but who I got to play some simpler games in the past.
Last thursday I suddenly thought it might be nice to take a few small games with me so we can play them after we are back in the hotel in the evening and are knackered from sight-seeing all day.
Then I thought a few more simple games might be nice and I thought of Zombie Dice! Noticed there was an expansion and remembered there also was a Martian Dice game.
I started looking around on webshops if they had all 3 items. None of the Dutch webshops I looked at had all 3 in stock, worse, none had even 2 of the 3 so I would need to order at 3 different shops and of 2 of those shops I was not entirely sure it would arrive on time.
I was bummed out a little then I remembered I can craft!
So for the time being I will make do with this:
Zombie Dice:
Zombie Dice 2:
Martian Dice:
I also found some nice Martian Dice score trackers in 9 colors and added cubes:
But I needed to store it in something, then I remembered I had an old food container which is just the right size! I created a label for it with both Zombie Dice and Martian Dice on it:
Until I can order the real deal this will do just fine for on holiday!
And today I decided to do the same with Can't Stop!
I messed up a bit, the cutting lines are in a different layer and after drawing the folding line I messed with the positioning of the board and forgot to change the fold line so the fold is not entirely in the centre...
Since I am on a roll anyways right before leaving on a holiday I finished an Asterix re-themed copy of Battle Line which I added as a surprise to a package I will send to a friend:
The Asterix theme images are from another BGG user, I already made a copy of it a few years ago but they had a slight problem, the lighter side of all the colours was on the the top-left and for me that is the side that is visible when I have the cards in my hand and all of them seemed to be the same colour.
I asked him for the files which he gladly gave me and made a new set of cards. Also made a Dutch translation of the cards.
I did this 2 years ago I think and last year I printed out 2 copies of the cards, I finally cut them out yesterday and made a box for it today...
