Imagine you and your friends playing two boardgames at the same time.
The games have complementary themes, you can move/share resources/items/points/etc from one game to the other, turns can be played on both games or alternated between the two.

A pure stock market game plus a building/development?
A civilization game plus a wargame?
A train game and a political themed game?

Can you imagine which couples of titles better fit to create such playing scenario with custom adaptation rules?

David Ells has a plan to merge this with Acquire. You buy and sell stock in the planets......

Sid Meier's Civilization needs to merge with any game that will give it a better battle system. Just pick your favorite battle game and play.

This one should merge with The Republic of Rome,
in order to provide at least the beginning of the
much needed campaign to link scenarios together.

Should be merged with Empires in Arms

As far as I know, no one's ever made a really
deep fantasy game. SF's come closer, but it too
could benefit from some heavier designs.

Should be combined with La Grande Guerre 14-18.

Nothing sets up a strategic wargame like playing
through the power-politics leading up to it.

I love merging games! I'll add some that I've actually merged with some success.
First off is Gheos and Conquest of Planet Earth: The Space Alien Game. The idea is that you're advanced aliens, yada yada, who work for some even more advanced god-like aliens to create and harvest a crop. The crop in question is human-kind. Since everyone is so advanced, time works different- events are not chronological in a pure cause and effect sense. Thus, while the aliens are planting human kind (Gheos) they're also harvesting- Conquest of Planet Earth.
Turns are taken first one Gheos then one Conquest of Planet Earth. Whenever someone scores in Gheos, they multiply their score by their current terror multiplier in Conquest of Planet Earth. I enjoy it.

Merges nicely with U.S. Patent No. 1. Get rid of the object goals. The goal is solely to create the timestream you want and then get the first patent. The trick is, in order to flip a card, you have to go to the nearest available year backward in time on the US Patent board.
For my Mega Tournament, I'm having the players play Khronos first in order to determine starting funds.

Tattle Bots: We'll Know Your Secrets! is the fusion of Techno Witches and Shapeshifters. Rules meld pretty easily together if you simply replace Shapeshifter movement with Techno Witch movement- players can choose a number of smoke pieces equal to their form's movement rate.
Thematically, the players are transforming robots attempting to steal secret documents.

Phil Eklund, of your first entry's fame actually combined two of his games already: American Megafauna and Origins: How We Became Human.
