Space and board games have a tricky relationship.Recommend
Many times over the course of finally acquiring a game I've opened the box to think "This is it?". Not that a game should ever be judged by the sum of it's parts from a design standpoint, but in most instances, I just paid to have shipped to me, and now have to make shelf space for a box of air.
Often I just grin it and bear, but sometimes I say to the game, "Enough is enough, you're not the boss of me, I'll show you!", and come up with more creative storage solutions.
In the interest of this list maintaining the idea of interesting storage solutions for games, please don't post expansions you store in the base game's box. Any time you CAN'T do that, it's a packaging failure of the publisher.
