This is one of three eight geeklists I'm starting about stock-holding games, with each list being dedicated to a different criteria. There will, however, be some overlap between lists.

This is a list of stock games in which players vote on something in some way.

Feel free to add!

He's looking real sharp in his 1940's fedora. He's got nerves of steel, an iron will, and several other metal-themed attributes. His fur is water tight and he's always up for a fight.

He's a semi-aquatic egg-laying mammal of action. He's a furry little flat-foot who'll never flinch from a fray. He's got more than just mad skills, he's got a beaver tail and a bill.

pointed out on the list of lists that this game didn't fit any of my other lists. The game has a Presidency, but it's not determined by majority shareholder, but rather by player vote.

This one might be kind of arguable, but I see consortium bidding as a weird sort of voting; players are bidding in groups for one of two proposals. The basic idea being voting games-- players, as a group, determining the course of the game-- is there, even if the execution is markedly different-- we all know that in voting, the one with the most money doesn't win.

A light stock market game that actually simulates market orders from a small investor's perspective surprisingly well. Players can affect the price of individual stocks through buying and selling, and they have some short term insight to possible performance (think quarterly reports), but have no control over the actual performance of the companies. At certain points throughout the game, shareholders must hold a shareholder meeting and vote whether or not to sell the company. Each share you hold of the company in question earns you one vote.

Fun little game. No English rules, we had to translate them with Google translate and one gamer's vague recollection of highschool German.
