I suspect this will be a rather short list. See this is going to be a list of games in which the back side of a card gives information relative to the card itself. I in fact can only think of three games that fit. One is a good game, one is an ok game and the other...is a game.

Please add any games you can think of that fit.

In 7 Wonders Duel, some cards are dealt face up and some are dealt face down. A few cards are special Guild cards, and by design they have a different back so that if one is face down, you know that it is a Guild card even though you don't know which Guild card.

(And many newbies who have not read the rules carefully are confused and think that the Guild cards in their sets were printed badly and ask in the forum about this...)

This is the good game. See those cards? One is an empty alley and the other...is a bust. The deck is placed face up so you can see the next card to be drawn but when you select the card from the board, if you are smuggling you have to flip it and see if you made it...or got busted.

Amyitis has not one but two sets of cards where you use both faces. The recruit cards have a coin on their back face to show the cost of recruiting from that row, and the four plant cards that go on the caravan board are flipped to show a different plant whenever one of them is used.

May be a bit of a stretch, as it's the card stock that distinguishes spies, but it's functionally the same distinction. You can see where the spies are in the deck and (IIRC) in your opponent's hand.

What was great was in the original rules, it explained this by saying you always knew who the spies were and could see 'em coming.

Civilization marks its Calamity trade cards with a red back. So if a Calamity card was at the top of a trade stack, you would often play in a way (ie. build your cities) suchthat you would either not draw that card, or it would be worth drawing the card.

In this game, half of the deck is turned upside down and shuffled with the other half of the deck. So when drawing from the deck, half of the cards are face up and half of the cards are face down. A player draws three cards from the deck and places each card in one of three piles. Each pile may contain more cards from previous draws. So players must make decisions on cards that they can see (face-up) versus cards that they cannot see (face-down).

Building cards can be used as buildings on one side to build city walls on the other. The walls have spaces for armies to occupy which must be used to defeat the invasions. The income cards are double sided also color on one and b/w on the other to indicate which types of income you can collect.

In FFG's edition, in the Cosmic Incursion expansion, they introduce the "Reward Deck" - a separate deck of cards that are, on average, slightly better than the cards of the regular deck. They have a different back than the regular deck, so you can see how many Reward cards a player has in his hand.

Also, there are occasions when you can actually take cards out of another player's hand. And you can use the information of the card back, and take a Reward Card, instead of a regular card. However, there;s a risk in doing this. Some of the Reward cards are "Rifts" which will do damage to you if you take them from someone else's hand.

At first, I was opposed to the idea of the Reward Deck, but I now realize it's an effective way to keep the regular deck from growing to a ridiculous size, as it did in the Mayfair edition.

In the center of this image, you can see the two decks side-by-side with their different backs.

This one really does come into play if you pay attention to what cards people take. When you activate the Queens to steal a card from players you get to choose which ones you look at and can make that choice by looking at the backs and seeing what decks the cards came from.
