Torres - Not much to say since I've never played it, but it looks great, and hopefully someday I'll find out for sure. Funagain has been teasing me saying it's being reprinted for years now it seems, maybe this year it's for real.

Power Grid - I wouldn't have given this game another look, but everyone seems to love it, and the different maps of the US and Germany on either sides seems very cool. Couldn't they have just done that with Ticket to Ride, so I didn't have to also buy the Europe version.

Puerto Rico - Seeing as it's #1 rated on this site, seems like I ought to get it. I tend to prefer games that can be played with only 2 people or with more (hence Torres, Power Grid, and loving Carcassonne), but c'est la vie.

El Grande - The harder it is to find a game, it seems the more I want to have it, hmm.

Tikal - Exploring jungles, what's not to love?

Hare & Tortoise - A classic, right? If I'm going to bother having all the SdJ winners from the 90s, seems like I ought to get the first winner. I'm not so big into math, but I figure I should at least give it a try.

Elfenland - If it's really as similar to Ticket to Ride, then perhaps I don't need it. But the setting is about as different as you can get, and being a big fan of elves, it seems I'm obliged to pick this one up.

Princes of Florence - I'd like some more "gamer's games" to add to my collection, and I gather that this might do the trick. Nothing too crazy, but with a little more strategy and depth would be nice. Also, having recently read The Prince, I want to apply my newfound knowledge, hehe.

Entdecker - Being a big fan of Klaus' work on Settlers, Lowenherz, and the Settlers Card Game, I'm pretty convinced he can do no wrong. We'll find out.

Tigris & Euphrates
(or maybe the 10 spot should be occupied by Saint Petersburg, or Lost Cities, or Citadels, or Oasis, or Ingenious, or Niagara)?
