Texas War Department is a Houston area gaming group. Although our primary focus is war games (not miniatures) we actually play all types of games including thematic and euro games.

The group was formed with the intent to better organize Houston area war gamers and board gamers to facilitate play of the bigger and longer playing games.

January 17-20, 2020 we held our first con called BattleTex which we plan to hold annually.
