TWERPS (The World's Easiest Role Playing System) was written by Jeff and 'Manda Dee. Published by Reindeer Games, it was distributed by Gamescience.

The games were sold in small ziplock bags. Characters have only attribute: Strength. Genres include Fantasy, SF, and Martial Arts While humorous, it sold well enough to warrant a second edition with further genres.

The second edition games were largely written by other authors than the Dees, and, while covering a greater range of genres than the first edition, were generally sillier and more full of puns that actual additional gaming value. There is no difference in the mechanics - the second edition has more setting material, but no additional or different mechanics.
