User summary:

DragonPunk was a fan-created conversion of the Cyberpunk 2020 rules to a Fantasy genre. The attempt was to retain the darker "look and feel" of Science Fiction (Cyberpunk). Several significant changes were made to the rules, including the use of points pools for character creation, fantasy style background charts, and - significantly - a very large role for magic.

The game was written by Rich Collins and significant portions of the rules, as well as a session report, were serially published in:
