from the back of the book
In the tradition of "Verwunschen und Verzaubert" and "Feenwälder, Zauberflüsse" this collection presents four DSA adventures, each with the subject of the work of fairies and the resulting myths, legends and fairy tales. Often these contain than a grain of truth - but caution is advised because especially in the context of the fairies nothing is quite as it seems.
"Drei Schwüre" by Muna Bering leads into the inhospitable Transysilien. Here, under the influence of the demonic rulers many stories have taken a turn into the gloom - but the heroes can make sure that this will not stay that way!
In "Fischerfest" by Carsten Pohl and Caillean Kompe we travel to the Wadden Sea coast of Nostria. Life on the dike and the vagaries of the sea play a role, as do the ruins of a lighthouse.
"Tod eines Geschichtenerzählers" by Astrid Mosler tells us again that not all is what it seems, while the heroes investigate the death of a story teller in Winhall.
"Verwunschen" by Stefan Unteregger finally plays on the edge of the dark Reichsforst, where the presence of fairies is not that unusual - but this also gives rise to many desires.
