From publisher blurb:
The early penal settlements of Australia were powered by convict labour: every workgang and every domestic servant came from the enormous pool of convicts arriving in the colonies. Nicholas Divine, the man who served as Superintendent of Convicts was thus someone whose decisions can make a big difference to the life of a convict, as well as most free settlers. Divine, himself, had an exciting life of his own including a fateful sea encounter with an iceberg on his passage out to Australia ...
C&C Muster #2 is a short supplement which expands upon the Convicts & Cthulhu setting, providing a detailed and three-dimensional backstory and character for Nicholas Divine -- the Master of Convicts. This material can be used in a number of different ways: firstly it can allow GMs to drop Divine into a scenario or campaign, whether as an ally or adversary. Alternatively pieces of his complex and detailed life can serve as inspiration to either players or GMs in designing backstories for other characters. Finally, Divine can make a fine "drop in" replacement Investigator if one of the players' own characters suffer an unfortunate ... incident ... in the colonies.
