A gravel path leads upwards through the rocky hillside and into the mountains. The path curves around the hillside giving sight to an old portcullis, rusted in places, But jammed shut. On the other side appears to be many sarcophagi, some broken.
Continuing to follow the path to the main gates. Before you stand large iron-bound oaken doors baring entrance into the hillside temple. Once opened, two large stone statues great you, light flicking dimly from a couple wall braziers. Stairs lead higher into the complex taking you past a storage room and what appears to be a small living area and sleeping quarters.
Stairs on either side of the complex lead up right into the bandits fortified hold, they probably didn’t expect you to sneak in via the lower entrance. On this upper ridge lies the ruins of the old temple, the bandits have reinforced the broken walls with a palisade, set up some canvas tents and a small fireplace.
