From the introduction
In August 1572, Paris was a powder keg; tax rises and a poor harvest exacerbated the bitterness of sectarian hatred. Despite the antagonism, many Huguenot leaders came to Paris for the wedding of Margaret to Henry III, thereby inciting the St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre.
It started with a wave of assassinations against the Huguenot leadership, followed by mob butchery that escalated beyond control. Tens of thousands of Huguenots were killed across France.
Flight of the Huguenots is a short, historical Frame for Hell for Leather, including all the characters and story details to get you started. This Frame is designed for four players.
