Small group but high ratio of new(er)bees.
Great to see!
---- One group was playing a game I think I saw originally on Kickstarter.
You don't look at your own hand, but rely on others.
Would love to hear the review -- and the name.
Played liars dice, lost four dice on first turn, first bluff
Played two St. Petersburg sessions.
One with 5players extra cards, the other just the base game.
Finished with the BIG cheese.
I love this Cheapass game.
It is easy to play, but there is a lot of calculation and risk together.
If you played 'em, post 'em.
See you in 14.
I believe it was Hanabi you are reffering to and I for one really enjoyed it. It takes some getting used to, to not cheat because facial expressions and little remarks can be very revealing. I would highly suggest Hanabi and it just won the Spiel des Jahres.
We also played Libertalia and Haggis which were both new to me and I really enjoyed both of them.
