Every other card that has a permanent effect always says something like "Whenever" or "each", but Titus Deepgaze says "At the end of THE round" So... is it just once, or is it at the end of EACH round he steals crystals? It seems really stupid that he steals it only once, but then seems almost overpowered if he steals it each round.

So... could someone clarify this for my group? The rule book just repeats the same text on the card.

Thank you.

PS - A round is a turn right? A round is everyone using one die and then the next re-roll is round 2, 3, 4 etc... correct?

Round = Everyone taking a turn (rolling the die, taking resources from the die, playing cards, activating cards, transmuting, etc) until it gets back to the start player. Then the start player marker moves to the next player and you repeat a round

Yes, Titus would be each and every round

Titus steals each round, and not overpowered at all

every round indeed, but the balance is that if you drain someone completely/too soon, you have to sac him.
